Are you frustrated with the low level of public debates and the empty promises of politicians?

Are you interested in new media and the unconventional ways to use it?

Would you like to exchange ideas with like-minded people from all over the world?

Then YouthExchange 2010 is for YOU!

Taking place in Budapest, Hungary on 10-11 April, YouthExchange focuses on combating populism and promoting democracy through the use of new media. Its objective is to bring people together and facilitate the sharing of ideas. Following the footsteps of barcamps, the main body of the program will consist of the presentations of participants, therefore we encourage all of you to prepare for it in advance, although there will also be room for ad hoc presentations and debates. The program also includes film and video screenings, photo exhibitions and performances.

YouthExchange 2010 is organized by IDEA and DIA, and sponsored by OSI Youth Initiative.
