The training course itself is a final part of a series of trainings focused on communicating and facilitating skills and work in teams. Our idea is to complete the round of trainings and prepare 8 people to work in their NGOs more efficiently.
The Training course on Conflict Management and Conflict Resolution is for young people who already have experience with training and youth work and who have a certain level of knowledge of training, facilitating, communication and teamwork. We would like to create a comfortable environment where the participants could improve their communication and training skills. We would like to put a special emphasis not only on conflict management in general, but on conflict resolution in teams as well.
All the participants will have a possibility to try solving conflicts in the safe environment of the training and later they can use their skills in the every day life of their organisations. We hope that better awareness of conflict management will help our partner NGOs in their work – concerning both internal and external relations.
