Seminar: ?Europeans –beauty of diversity”

Libero have the pleasure to invite you for next Seminar that will take place in Subotica Serbia from 07th-13th Jun 2009. The seminar is titled: ?European—beauty of diversity.

Who can apply:
-socialy active young people
-age between 18 and 35
-young people interested in topic and motivated to work as multipliers of this seminar.

Overall objective of seminar is to promote diversity of European population as biggest value of Europe and to train socially active youth to spread message in their communi-ties how we can be good Europeans united in our diversity.

Objectives:
-To train young people to act as multipliers in projects for promotion of European
citizenship and values of CoE;
-To develop young people’s personal skills, knowledge and attitudes to deal with
culture, tradition and religious diversity;
-To promote the role of Europe in relation to promotion of diversity
-To promote intercultural values, intercultural learning and intercultural dialogue
-To raise issues related to diversity such as differences between tolerance and
acceptance of diversity
-To discuss xenophobia in countries of SEE and its connection with raising nationalism.
